Since 2012 I've loved this site. But over the last few years, it seems that this site has become the repository for any schoolchild yahoo amateur that can make a puzzle game with little effort. What happened to the magnitude of true gamers that made wonderful, full-bodied games? I'm just getting tired of the "experimental" junk that we keep seeing every day.

I'm not going to elaborate on specific games. But really, I haven't seen a new game on this site in years, that I've even been interested enough to invest my time in.
Am I the only one that thinks this?

Webgames aren't as popular as they once were, in general. Mobile games are as easily accessible for most people, most big webgame companies have moved on (Miniclip and Ninja Kiwi being good examples and I can't see Adobe finishing up on Flash as being anything but a final nail in the coffin. I guess the best we can hope for is for game developers to port their games to HTML5, but I can't see that happening.

You're not alone. The golden age of any platform gaming, not just flash, is behind us.
