I'd have to go with soulja boy. I don't like it much, but have you heard Snoop Dawg? They're cover of Sad But True on the Tribute To Metallica was the worst thing ever. EVEN WORST THEN AVRIL LAVIGNE's tribute...she sang Fuel, and totally ruined it, but not as much as Snoop Dawg!
