your new login window has disabled launching the Star Trek: Alien Domain MMO... you log in normally, then click the button to the game... It asks you to log in again, and when you do you're retured to the main page... Click the game icon/link, and you go back to the game's login page where it asks you to log in again.
I was looking into this for both King of Towers and this game here and was able to replicate the event on my side as well. I'm going to be reaching out to our web developer who had been working on the login page and see what we can do. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I have multiple alts (7) that I log in to ST:AD through the Armor Games portal (multiple Armor Games accounts and e-mail addresses)... at the moment I'm locked out of logging in to the game with any of them.
I had this problem with King of Towers. I was able to get into King of Towers after looping through the login in 3-6 times, then loading another game and finally going back to the King of Towers page.
I can't access my game either. I'm logged in, I've logged in 10 times without logging out. But it keeps taking me to the login page instead of Viking Clan.
Huh, 8 hours without a response now. Hey devs, I'm having the problem too. Looks like your new login page sucks. I'm not going to be a happy camper if I can't log into my game. People are counting on me.
It's so nice to see that customer service has taken a back seat to the breach. TIP: if you implement something new on your site, there will be issues that you should be paying attention to. If you ignore your users attempts to contact you, you will lose users. Waiting 2 months to answer won't keep them around.

... it's been less than a day, and they did answer. Depending on what the problem is this may require a deeper look into it, who knows. The admin confirmed they're aware of the issue; I'm sure they're doing what they can and will report back once they have something new. So please have some patience, thanks.
It seems to be working now. I was a bit annoyed due to the timings involved in-game (really needed to be able to log in to do specific things at specific times), so I apologize for my impatience. All alts (individual AG accounts) have been able to log in to the Star Trek: Alien Domain game successfully.
