You're lucky you haven't heard of Zune, it's the biggest failure ever. Basically, Bill Gates wanted to compete with the iPod. It was the stupidest idea ever.
I prefer Apple. Unfortunately, the iPod sometimes breaks easily. My first iPod was a mini and it broke in like 8 months. My second iPod was the first generation video and that broke in about a year and a half. My third, current iPod is a touch and I love it. For computers, Apple is far ahead of Microsoft, proving that Apple is the best company ever. Too bad I don't have a Mac computer...
