I had to make a separate account to post my problem, Ive tried to log in with my other account which it tells me i need to reset my password. Ive tried to find away to do that which i put in i forgot my pw and yet i dont get any kind of email to do so. Is it broken or what, ive tried getting ahold of you people on facebook and twitter with no kind of response at all. It just seems like no one cares about their people here.

https://imgur.com/a/bNxHmqq why is this happening i put in my user name and password click log in and it just refreshes the page like i did nothing. then i clicked the creat account and it brought my account up but i still wasn't logged in. sometimes when i go to support im able to click the loggin page on the i cant log in part and im majicly logged in. why is this happening ive even reset my password and its still doing it.
