It is not down. Make sure that you have enabled Flash in your browser settings and then allow Flash on the game page! Recent browser updates to Chrome and Firefox have made it harder to run Flash content.
It is not working for me either. I get the message "armorgames.com redirected you too many times." I tried clearing my cookies and restarting. Still not working. OTher armor games flash games are working.
