Forums → Support Forum → [Realm Grinder] Cloud server timeout

For over a month now when Realm Grinder attempts to contact the Armor Games server and the cloud server at startup, it times out. This means I don't have access to the various gifts I purchased for the game, although the game is otherwise unaffected. Any news on this?
