I have been trying for days now to get a response from support regarding a purchase I paid for and is no longer showing in my account. How long does it take for support to respond?.
HELLLO, does anyone actually work in the support department ?. Waiting over a week now to simply get access to what I paid for is really bad customer service. I will never spend another dime with your company and instead of playing your games I will spend my time on social media telling people to avoid using your website entirely.
