your posts are not really deleted, but because of a (quite pesky) Disqus related issue they are temporary vanished.
Sadly comments could disappear, but they show up again some time later, sometimes it takes minutes or hours... but it could also take days. Sometimes they even vanish again to show up again. It is also possible that all "new" comments are gone and you see only months or even years old comments for a while.
Well, Disqus know about these issues, no idea when they can fix them. Sorry, but we all have to deal with this inconveniences.

Sometimes (not always) it help to "Edit"/"Save Edit" a post, with or without any changes.
