Hello I cannot seem to find the option to enable my chat in the settings neither do I have the bottom right box that has been frequently mentioned.

I think they removed it (I haven't seen it for a while, either)

Oh... I had some friends some time ago that I thought I could talk to. Now that doesn't seem the case. Anyhow thank you for the information.
