I remember playing it back in 2014, maybe even earlier. The idea was to build a city and you had several engineers available. There was an opportunity to choose a location and who would be involved in this construction - for example, an engineer and a biologist. And depending on the choice of who will be engaged, the city will expand. The game is not long and looks more like a puzzle game. Thanks in advance!!
