I don't know this specific puzzle, exactly, but it sounds like it could possibly be from one of the several 'ClickPLAY' games, which were a series of short puzzles in which you had to find the Play button in order to proceed to the next puzzle etc.

well obviously the games 1st level was about clicking the eyes and they look at a different direction and then one of them open the 2nd level
