Hmm, I'm just taking a guess, but both those achievements require pressing the colon key. Is it possible caps lock is on or that you are using something other than a "qwerty" keyboard?
You might be able to try Windows on screen keyboard, not certain it will work, but (for Windows 10) if you go to:
Start Menu (Window Button Lower Left Corner of Screen) > Settings (looks like a single cog) > Ease of Access > Keyboard (In the left pane under Interaction)
Then turn on Use the ON-Screen Keyboard under Use your device without a physical keyboard.
Then try earning the achievements using the on-screen keyboard. You can also turn off the onscreen keyboard afterwards by following the same steps above, except turning off Use the ON-Screen Keyboard.
