hello i have a bunch of local saved data from ebf5 and i would love to get the saved data i worked so hard for if someone could let me know how to do that it would be fantastic or if there is any words on when it will be up with ruffle

It's probably buried deep in your AppData folder. Try searching for ebf5 there. File extension should be either .sol or .meow
i never did a save to harddrive type thing is all my progress lost? tried to find anything related in the folder but found nothing
