I was playing on two servers (Hombor and Moonglen)of the game: Firestone idle rpg
I regularly had to refresh the page to connect but today, I am connected and the game has visibly deleted all my evolution on both servers.
I have to start again from the beginning (as if I had never played)
On Homblor, I'm head of the Elferia guild and I've reached the step just above 860.
I don't want to start all over again and lose the guild.
What can I do to recover my evolution? (I have already contacted the support but I haven't yet had an answer)
