Sorry to bother here, but I haven't heard back from my support ticket or email to support@armorgames.com in awhile, so I don't know where else to post.
Initially I sent a ticket on Jan. 31 about missing save data on a game. Got a response from Merlin on Feb. 4; but it left just a little bit of ambiguity, so the next day I replied to the email asking for a clarification. I didn't get any further response for several days, so I emailed another reply on Feb. 10, followed by a fresh ticket on Feb. 12. It's now been most of a week since then and I haven't gotten a response to that either.
Just wondering if support tickets & emails are still being read/responded to.
