The games were all saved to the site, with no option to save them to a computer (not the actual game I was playing) so I want to know how I can get those saved games? To either use on my computer or use elsewhere. It was all GemCraft games, which are now just gone well.
That depends. If the games used cloud save, then there's nothing you can do but wait for the game to come back someday. If the games used local save, then you should do a full computer search; the save data is probably buried deep in some folder; most likely AppData. Some games do use local save without telling you.
Now if only someone would reply to my forum thread asking for help...
