I just checked, It is not fixed(at least for me), I still get the same add, covering the same content.

Make sure to clear your page cache (do CTRL + F5 to refresh the page with cleared cache).

I've checked and verified that, from my end, it's fixed. And there's no reason that it should be fixed for me and not others.
