I once had this dream where I was being chased, and so I was running away. When I woke up, my sheets were in a ball at my feet, my pillowcase was stuffed behind my bed, and my pillow was across the room. I wish I could have seen what I was trying to do!!! lol.
hehe that's pretty odd. I remember one time, after I had gone to sleep in my bed, I woke up on the floor right net to it, but my pillow was still under my head and the sheets were still covering me. weird, huh?
I'm kinda scared of heights, right, and once I dreamed that I jumped as high as I could for fun, but I went like a mile high and got scared when I looked down. I was so scared of breaking my legs, but when I landed I squatted like a frog and absorbed the impact...but I just bounced off the ground and went up again! I don't think I ever came down that time...
I had another dream that I was falling, and woke up just as I rolled over the side of my bed and landed on a pile of Legos. Ouch. When I got up there were bunches of sharp Lego bricks stuck in my skin.
I've also had weird dreams which seemed to occur from first-person and third-person views at the same time, and involve me being really violent a lot. Weird, because I've never fought before in my life. Anyway, in one dream I was just standing in my backyard and suddenly a guy came at me with a knife, so I grabbed him and tore his forearm off. O_o In another, I got in a gunfight with about a dozen guys, shot them all, then walked to the hospital and checked myself in for injuries. During the operation they removed nineteen bullets from my body and I lived. O.o And in yet another, I was visiting my old junior high school and some guy came in with a gun and started shooting. When he came my way I lunged at him from a doorway and grabbed the arm that was holding the gun, just as it went off in my face. The bullet lodged in my right cheekbone, but I just scowled and said, "You shouldn't have done that." Then, of course, I proceeded to crush his hand and slam his head against a locker, knocking him out. I kept his gun for myself, and after having the bullet removed again, my right eyeball filled up with blood and turned red, so I looked pretty downright scary to everyone for a few weeks until the blood drained out. Those kind of dreams scare me though, because I didn't think I would be capable of things like that; I still don't know if I would get that violent if threatened in real life, and now I'm scared I might hurt someone if I ever truly got angry. I hope not. I had no control over myself in those dreams anyway.
I like what Ubertuna said about dreams being the mind operating at its fullest. Some of the dream environments I've seen are amazing. And once or twice, I've gone to bed with a complicated problem in my head, dreamed about it, and woke up with the solution. The human mind is pretty incredible.
i hate the dreams when you try to walk but it feels like someone is pulling you down expecially when the person chasing you can do like whatever he wants. one time a dreamed i was spiderman but my powers didn't work right! >.<
i was being chased by the exorsist women....then she caught me and i turned into an exorsist man then we....had children...the having children part was probaly mor scary then the rest
it is a dream i keep having over and over again since i was like 6. and i was with my brothers, and it included us going tru a gooey maze that had to do with clown and at the end we would reach a room where we had ot answer qestions correctly to pass, then htere was a computer and we went to gamfaqs.com and look up the walkthru or cheat codes then we would give the right answer and then i would win in the nightmare and some other stuff happens. its really creepy to go into too much detail, but i kept on having this dreams, at least like 10 times by now, but it stopped a couple of years ago. its really creepy.
