Superhero movies are cliched. (with the exception of Hancock) and yet so are 007 movies. All in all, I'd go for a superhero movie because my parents suddenly believe I'm a four year old again when Bond makes out with the women he always picks up.

Well I like comedy a lot more than action so yeah the superhero movie wins by far.
