Hi I'm LostSoul just started out here on Armorgames I've been on Newgrounds for a long time now too, so I started this thread to ask people what are their favorite films and why? Also If you want to discuss about a particular film: go right ahead, and also for those who happen to have some original and interesting film ideas talk about it here as well. Just so you know I'm in a cinema class, I want to work in that category when I get out of living hell (school).
So to sort of start this thread, my personal favorite films are: Dead Man (Jim Jarmusch) Angel Heart (Alan Parker) The Prestige (Christopher Nolan) Batman Begins (Christopher Nolan) Into the Wild (Sean Penn) State of Grace (Phil Joanou)

I like crank, i like the full rocky set (boxing movies) i also like gone in 60 seconds, pirates of the caribean set and the simpsons movie because it is funny.
Yeah I heard of crank, never saw rocky, it never interested me that much, never heard of gone in 60 seconds, yeah I also really liked the pirates of the caribean, but didn't see the simpsons movie. Did you see Snatch, might well be the type of film you like.
Ok Median, so looks like your more into gangster type movies, did you see American Gangster by Ridley Scott? Its really good you might just like it. I didn't see any of them, but heard and read about basiclly all of them.
ialwayswin, never saw transporter but sounds like theres tones of action going on in them, and never saw american pie, i heard it wasn't the most intelligent film of all time lol. Never heard of white chicks...
florglee2, yeah i heard of the mist, sounds real good since its based on a Stephen King novel, didn't see your transformers was it good? I saw Iron Man and LOVED it, it was really good in a unusual type of superhero movies, I saw Rush Hour 3, so I imagine Rush Hour 2 was sorta stupid but real funny, and never saw any of the Rambo, same reason I didn't see the Rocky films.

So Xcalibur, didn't see 300 but seemed like there was a whole lot of action in it, just looked up Saving private ryan on wiki, seems good, is it crash by cronenberg heard it was good but real tough, didn't see dreamers, yeah i kinda liked rush hour 3 it was fun, loved Iron Man, and I really liked lord of the rings, I liked Mortensen in that film. Ok keep going people!
@LostSoul: ah yeah i saw it..was a good movie, but if i had written down all the movies which ( in my opinion ) are good.. dude^^..there so many good films, like american pie 1-6, lord of the rings 1-3, hancock etc..I'm not only impressed by "gangstar" movies ( and hooligans isnt a real gangstar movie.. weve got some hooligans in my town.. dude thyer funny lil asshohles^^ )..but i think theese movies were just great

Hey Median Im just trying to see what kind of movies other people watch and all, but hey if you guys wanna talk about a specific movie or something just go ahead, I could try and be more specific on why I like a certain movie or not. I agree there are so many good films, but lets pick one and talk about it or something.
