Stun him with Break or Shatter Bolt, and let Paladin hit him.

you can stun baron or give palladin aggresion to double the power of his shots

Just stun him and let Galiant do all the work, and heal Galiant at every given chance, because (obviously if you hadn't noticed yet) the Baron is a hard-hitter too.
