Tony Hawke Pro skater 2. It had really good 90's- 00 rock.

I really liked the Burnout 3 and Burnout Revenge soundtracks. I found some of my faveorite bands just playing those games.

I think burnout and other racing games have great soundtracks because they are just popular songs. Then there's Halo...which offers unique songs made for the game.
