I am pretty sure that you need to get the consent of the person who made the game in order to post it, unless you made the game yourself.

Jake, if you will contact the creator/s of the game you wish to have on here and ask him/her to upload it. That will work. Or you can send a request by using the Contact page. If there are enough requests Dan will put it on the site.
