Fable. But Fable II will be better.

I'd say KOTOR. Oblivion was good, and I love FF, but KOTOR is awesome.

if it's purely about the rpg part, i'd have to go for fable II, yes it is better than Fable I
but when you are looking at other parts of rpg games I would have to go for Warhammer online: Age of Reckoning.
It's still in Beta but it will be überly awesome, it's an mmorpg btw
