I'm a BIG fan of death metal, so i decided to make a topic to see which of these bands is most favored among you armorgamers.(I'm sorry if I don't have all the most popular choices, but if you happen to think of another really good one, feel free to post it.
1.Dethklok 2.Job For A Cowboy 3.DevilDriver 4.Brain Drill 5.Lamb Of God (I've only heard about 2 songs by them, but I believe they're pretty popular)
I know it's limited, and you may have never heard of some of these bands, but feel free to take your pick!
Ever heard of Nile? They use egyptian mythology in their songs and that's really something special. You can try for example the song Unas Slayer Of The Gods.
I'm surprised none of y'all mentioned the fact that Job for a cowboy falls under "deathcore"...but whatever i despise them either way.

I really can't stand any just plain death metal their either needs to be very very well written music with some crazy talent on the instruments or just toned down from generic death metal for me to be able to put up with it.
Metallica were a thrash metal band, quakingphear. And As I Lay Dying are metalcore.
My favorites are: Death (I can't believe no one has mentioned them), Cannibal Corpse, Kataklysm, Deicide, Despised Icon (They're deathcore, but who cares, they're still awesome)

2Nickelbacksuck: There are lots of good death metal bands. It's hard to mention them all. For example everyone talks about Opeth but nobody said anything about Bloodbath or Katatonia and Mikael Ã...kerfeldt did some vocals for them.
