Well not necessarily.I think they are split on the fact that some action games don't even use guns in them,such as ones where you fight with a sword.So that's one way that they are separate.After that its all up to the developers,on what their game is considered.
We could probably just eliminate the action section, and put some of the games in shooting. If they don't fit in the shooting games, then we put them in the adventure section.
