Resident Evil 4, it's so incredibly exciting, with the interactive cutscenes, and theres so much to do, like customizing guns and finding treasures and secrets, not to mention it must have an unprecedented replay value to it, theres so much RE in one little package, even if that game cost a hundred dollars, I would buy it. You can tell I'm an enthusiast, can't you?
If you want to get so scared you don't want to sleep at night. Go for silent hill. If you want to get kinda scared but you still want a fighting chance of survival. Go for resident evil.
RE4 makes me scared if i'm alone. Silent hill is exxxtremely scary. Scary enuff to make me piss myself. . .only a LITTLE BIT. It is psychotic that silent hill. But it really has no concept to how it got there. While as resident evil has a hooked series going on. Sept for maybe RE5 . . . . . I hope it has SOMETHING to do with the series =/
I've never played RE4, and I keep meaning to pick up a copy. But I love Silent Hill's dark, cramped areas and storylines, especially in SH2-that one's a classic. Pyramid Head has to be one of my favorite villains in all of gaming.
I think I've figured out the differences between resident evil and silent hill. Silent hill takes a differen't direction by putting plenty of demonicness and mystery in the game. Along with you being any regular person, while in RE, you are normally a highly trained mercenary or cop. In resident evil, there gets alot of things explained also. With a new creepy little bugger, the Plagas. Both are great games, but overall silent hill is much more gruesome, and resident evil is better when you look for a good shooting/action game. Along with outragous bosses. A question, what makes pyramid head so great? Why does he have the pyramid too?
