Sonny is a hugely popular game, with around 3 million plays. It has a rating of 9.5. There is a good reason for this...People like it! And so should you. This is a quick guide for new or newer players. Okay, first...

What do the stats do?
You can figure this out by looking at the help in-game, but I will tell you.
Vitality - Increases maximum health by 8 points.
Strength - It determines the power of certain spells and attacks. Magic - Same as Strength, determines the power of certain spells and attacks.
Speed - Increases the damage of your quick-strike attacks, your dodge chance, and determines the power of only a few attacks.

Now, the classes...

Destroyer - Focus is strength. It is an offensive class, but can also survive longer due to a decent amount of Vitality.
Guardian(My fav) - Mostly a defensive class, with tons of Vitality. Also has a nice amount of Strength and Magic, making it the ideal healer, as many healing spells rely on those Attributes.
Gunslinger - This is the magic-user of the 4. It has potential to deal extremely high damage, but you must be careful when using it. It has very very low Vitality.

Next is what spells to choose for the classes...

Destroyer - Smash. This spell is the most powerful Strength-oriented spell you can find. Coup De Grace may do more at low levels, but after about level 50, you go past it with your Strength level. Additionally, you can get Wound. This makes the target take damage over time, as well as take more damage from attacks.
Guardian - Rage, Heroic Motivation, Magic Bolt, Electro Bolt, and Intervention. Rage is very important - it increases your Strength and Magic, your 2 most important Attributes. Heroic Motivation is a healing spell that uses your Strength, and also removes a negative buff from the recipient. Magic Bolt is better if you're a Gunslinger, but it does well here. It fills in the gaps for your moves, and also adds a 17% damage increase to attacks. Electro Bolt is the best one. It does damage based on your Strength and Magic(Which is very high), and removes positive buffs from enemies. It can be a life-saver if the enemy is using a spell like Enrage. Lastly, Intervention. It shields you or an ally from a set amount of damage, and will heal them a small amount on each turn. Good for long battles, or if somebody is about to die.
Gunslinger - Magic Bolt, Electro Bolt, Frost Bolt. Magic Bolt does the most damage, an has a very low cost. It will be your main weapon throughout the game. Electro bolt is mostly for removing buffs, not damage, if you're a Gunslinger. Frost bolt stuns the enemy for 2 rounds, which is extremely useful, and even a required spell(Except for one other) for one battle.

Lastly, a few tips from Cycloo...

Like the game hints, don't run out of Focus. It can mean death if you do.
Always try to use the armor made for your class. It makes a difference.
Attack the weaker/healer enemy first. It actually does help.
When facing healers you have 3 options - Just keep blasting away until they die, wait them out, or stun then kill.
If your ally is about to die, but you can kill the enemy in say 2 hits, let your friend die. You will still win if you kill the enemy.

I hope this guide helps! Good luck on Sonny.
