No one should hate to Ps3! It is a very good console! I like it - and yes I've play X-Box, X-Box 360, I think it's better than X-Box and so it should be. I don't hate the X-Box it's just that I prefer the Ps3 better.
So... If you hate the Ps3 you must have a pretty good reason!
i personally think the PS3 is fine but it doesn't stand up to the might of the XboX360. Online PS3:It's got few good games online for free and MGS4 Online looks promising.
Online XboX360:Quite a few good exclusives online but for only a small price. I live in the UAE and i just buy the prepaid cards for a full year.
Games PS3:MGS4,Little Big Planet. Don't really care about God Of War 3.
Games XboX360:Halo 3,Gears of war 1 and 2, and quite a few other games.
Overall PS3:It's okay in some parts and the internet might be free but we need to see some better games soon.
Overall XboX360:It's internet costs money but it's doing pretty well right now. and even though it has the red ring problems, it's still worth it cuz hopefully you still have the warranty.
"50 bucks a year" so as the ps3 is a 10 year gaming console then your xbox360 in 10 years would be around 800$ while ps3 is going down to half that price in september

Anyone can make an arguement that the PS3 is garbage, or that the X360 is junk. The PS3 can be seen as "terrible" because X360 owners seem to be more fanatical about their systems and believe that they have many better system exclusive games. It seems that they have the M-rated games market over the PS3 because they have Mass Effect (for a while, at least) Crackdown, Halo 3, etc. However, the PS is probably the system of the future partly because of it's Blu-Ray capabilities, whereas the X360 only has DVD's or the noww-effectively-extinct HD-DVD (for a couple hundred bucks, at least). The PS3 has free online capabilities, online surfing capabilities, and is now getting a system similar to the X360's Achievements (called Trophies for the PS3). It all depends on which system you have. I personally like the PS3 because I own one. Therefore, I don't like the X360 all that much, mainly because I find the fanboys obsessed with bashing the PS3 stupid. However, I would probably think the opposite if I owned an X360.
I do it all hyped up but it not really anything. The online community is tiny so it kinda not as fun as xbox which is only 5$ for a huge community. Also the fact you pay its faster and more reliable. The game aren't that good. I can surf the internet faster and do more things on my pc. Also another thing ps3 fanboys shove in my face is linux but they don't know anything about linux. Seriously linux on the Ps3? Its not special I can do everything Ps3 can do except the game and speed on my computer and better.
Also blueray sucks hd dvd was better cheaper and more reliable.
