Don't you think we could have a song when some one enters the users account? Like those Myspace things and Gaia? or Armorgames Wiki ,I thought I would be cool if that happened. I would love to put music on my profile.
I don't see why it wouldn't work. If people with lagging computers don't want the music they could have a switch that turns music off. And if people use to many 'swear songs,' then they could take the feature off the site, or have people who are above a certain rank only have it. Besides, if people have any common sense or any maturity they would not use 'swear songs.' And what's this about myspace? Maybe, just maybe, there are people out there who think myspace is evil (like me), and prefer much more toned down types of forums. Maybe some people come here because it doesn't cuss or use foul language. Maybe they could have a age limit on songs. Or maybe there could be a generic list of appropriate songs from diiferent genres that are popular.

Generic list of songs. Like some from understandable metal, some from pop, so forth. They could be unlocked like Armatars.
Fun Great Idea but the Mods won't like it. They'll say it could cause more problems and responsibility if there's like inappropriate music or w.e.
If there is generic music, not the the kind you upload, there won't be any problems. Like unlockable similar to the armatar system. Not the kind you upload.
Let's just assume that there are 5,000 active users(active meaning they actually participate in the forums). Each person gets one song on their profile(assumed to be a AG made/accepted song). Each song is 12,000 KB. That is 60,000,000 KB of music on profiles(aka 57.2 GB).
That is...um...a lot of music and a lot of infor for the site to process. It would be sooo much trouble. not to mention having to change the system around so that it could be added...work around copyright laws/make AG themed music..
AS everyone's saying it make it way to slow, and really there's not much to look at on profiles after the first time, after that you just comment and the music could be annoying.
