Um, I believe in it, but I really have my own vision. I mean, I think of all the things about it that get spread around; the devil in the middle on his throne, the fire, everything red, the hole where the people fall down and you can see a little sunlight from the earth, all the people who look evil (or not,) trying to crawl up and screaming and yelling... and more. But I really have my own perspective. ( :
the "fire" they talk about is accualy torment from being away from god. learn your own belives people, im an atheist and i know more about christainity then christions do.
well in the divine comedy he said that when he went through hell there where different levels with different temps and at the bottom/center of hell you find the devil frozen in ice.
A greusome topic. But evil has to come from somewhere else than the brain right? I may not beleive that the famous Lucifer is the devil, but more a pure hatred of everything that has been personified into a apparation of evil. Seeing it making you turn into pure despair more than ever.
Being a christian is all about hell in fact why else would we repent every week? not to go to hell of course we do this to abolish the satanic foe we call the devil
To answer the original question agentsnake posed i personally do not belive in hell. No one can ever know where it is as you are meant to go there after you die. You go there in spirit, it is not a geographical location as we see it. If you go by what the bible says then yes it probably is hot.
I believe there is a hell, I just believe that the burning agony and the fire is being away and apart from god. And I don't believe in the devil either, I think he is just a figure representing all the hatred and cruelty in our world.
