Without AP, this site would have no more than 500 users. People don't care as much about the games as they do being ranked higher than everybody else. It's scary, but it's human nature.
That is very true Ernie. It's called competitiveness. Everyone gets that eventually unless they absolutely don't care about it. It's kind of rare to find a really high user that is not competitive.
