Does it have tools such as curve and fill? Can I just draw on it or do I have to edit photos?

It is pretty much like MS paint, but with awesome effects, and a couple more tools.

A friend of mine makes some really cool stuff with gimp. It's free and he said it's like photoshop. But I don't know much about it since I have never used it. Here are some screen shots.

Gimp is great and has some amazing tutorials. Very good for a free product.

Can you just draw with it? Klaus, is there a free way to draw with flash?

Not that I know of Gman. Flash has a unique and awesome way of drawing I don't think anyone has emulated it yet! Expecially not for free!
