I have recently seen a lot of art on here. I was wondering how you guys make that stuff. I want a free online image maker. I would like to make pictures like you guys make. Anyone know about anything?

well you could use the paint program,and then edit the photo on photo bucket.I don't know how well it would work out though.
i gotta say that gimp is one of the best programs u can use...for free that is
