jack and jill are having a wierd race. the last person to reach the finish line wins. after 3 hours, they have only gone 5 feet. A spectator goes down to the horses and and tells the riders to get off. He whispers something in thier ears and they get back on the horses they race as fast as they can to the finish. the spectator swears he didn't change the rules, so what did he say?
