this is a great game for just sitting back and killing some timing, while working on your reflexes. i got a score of 5072 pounds (or something like that) and broke the world record. I just changed the view so that you are behind the ball instead of in front of it. i also changed the ball speed from fast to slow when i got to around 1500 pounds. if you play for a while you get upgrade points. each upgrade costs 501 points (random number if you ask me). I suggest upgrading your steering and jumping as if you have enough of those stats, you won't need to worry about hitting trees. keep in mind i broke the world record with only upgrading my steering and jumping once each. also keep in mind that if you think your score is high enough, your going to hit a tree and lose tons of pints, or your bored and don't want to play anymore, just press enter and your snowball self-destructs, but records your score. good luck and happy gaming. I tried to get all trophies over a week ago, but I quit after I pushed the world record over 7000 lbs.
I don't find jumping all that helpful. Never really made it far enough to use more than two jumps that didn't have a tree behind the cabin.
It would probably help to know the weight additions and other stats. Adult (tall white figure): +300 lbs Snowman: +200 lbs Children: (short fures, many colors): +100 lbs Animal: +75 lbs (?? not sure) Pile of snow: +50 lbs
The snowball can run over a snowman at 300+ lbs (that's two piles of snow to run over the first snowman). The snowball can survive a crash into a tree or that tower thing at 1000+ lbs. I haven't figured out how much a tree takes off.
Running over a lot snowmen and adults should expediate the weight gain.
