You are falsely implying that spammers actually do think when they .
Because:
1) It's not funny, no one likes your spam, it takes up the moderators' time, and you'll get banned.
2) The only attention you get is: "What a jerk."

I think you should track the IP address of spammers, so if they make spam accounts twice, not learning there lesson from the first, you can do an IP ban, to stop them.

i used to post randome stuf on the site i did it because i thought it was funny to see people get angry. i did not care because i didn't know these people and probaly would never know these people. But now thats not me anymore im a lot more serious about my posts especily in this part of the fourms

They are all little kids with their parents gone is what I think. One guy goes to such extremes as to replace most of your words in a post to words relating to poop. There needs to be a stronger banhammer.

Masterchef177,that was alot of spam.You could have at least said something afterwords so your post wouldn't ironically be considered as spam.Anyways its interestingly I have yet to figure out why people find it funny to make others angry.Anyways though it seems that nothing will change anytime soon.

The only rationale for such contrary behavior is that it's making someone a profit to encourage it.

Depends on the spam. Someone were to spam up a topic of mine, I'd be pissed. Other topics, depends.

I guess it's just fun to feel deviant and seeing people's response to their actions.

It's pretty obvious why they spam. To get a rise out of people, the fact nobody knows who they are and the constant signing up for an account.

well its very annoying to see people clamor and hoorah about and over the top AP people, but look at the amount of AP they have... the few high end people have tons of points from comments and posts, that to me doesnt mean as much as someone that has less points but way more merits and games rated..

I think spammers are just immature. They think their inapropiatness is funny. They don't want to take the time to work out an intelligent post. They just want points.
