It really depends on what you are training :-P I'll assume you mean combat though, in which case Pest Control is an easy option but not really the fastest option. Its where i go though because its safe ;-)
Depends on what lvl you are and what quests you've done, If you've started Fremmy Isles then Yaks, Bandits are also good as well if you can afford the prayer pots.
Now now Tookei, some people want to play games that some people hate, personally I like RS however it can get boring at times, and I play it when I don't have any other games to play.
experiments. in the cavern you unlock during creature of fenkenstrain. they have 100hp, but are only level 25. that means they can't hurt you, but you can hurt them. a lot.
ok master chef we get it a lot of people dont like runescape, but no one wants to hear: "Runescape's gay" or "It sucks" this topic isn't about who likes runescape or not its about training in runescape so stop flaming the game and stop spamming the runescape topics. By the way this is directed to all people who dont like runescape.

Training spot... Lets see for me any any lv over 50 can train on the lesser demons at karjama island. With food of coruse. (Lobbies or Sowrdies)
well Toonz, any kind of range attack is good on lessers too because of all the hiding spots as long as you can hit frquently that would be good to train on.
