This probably wont be considered realistic, exept for those of you who are full time, all the way Christians. The Bible says that with enough faith, you can tell a mountain to jump into the sea and it will obey you.... Now for somthing that useless, Im pretty sure you could easily use faith to defend yourself. (somthing thats not useless...)

Other than that, I would say the best wepon would be a Quantum Deconstructor....
You see, protons and neutons, the things that make up atoms, are made of quarks. So, with enough anti-strong force, (the gravity of quarks that make up anti-matter particles) You can repel them from eachother.... resulting in the most redundant destruction possible....
