idk, but i think a lot of people lie anyway and there isn't a way to prove you age. however, if you go around spreading the fact that you are young, they might warn you or ban you. idk though.

I know tons of people on the top 100 who talk about how their age and alot of them are too young.So I'm not really sure,but if they are mature enough then I see no problem with it.
