Guys... ManUtd4life906 once said that this thread is about rating fame. He's right. Rate people on how famous they are. Look at the amount of posts they have. Maybe you know someone whos mentioned them. But you can also take how many times you've seen them into account, but that's not the only way you rate someone. Also rate by there rank maybe. >_>
