the most annoying video game boss i have ever fought is the last boss on rayman DS. its this huge robot in a lava bit that you fight while riding on a rocket that blows up the minute you touch something. and the only place you get ammo from he floods D: still haven't beaten him.
In Ninja Gaiden2 the last archfiend , The real big one! He is so ANNOYING! Every time you have to hit him he pukes blood or ghost spirits at you , still haven't beaten him yet =[
I'm going to have to agree thats its mike tysone from the old agme mike tysones punchout. spend 10$ (a couple of weeks allowence back then) in quarters getting to him, then in 2 punches you're dead. or maybe the ant queen from brave fencer musashi. its this giant ant. the battle ground is actually this things abdomen. It has a bunch of attacks that are hard to dodge, one where it grabs you, puts you under its mouth, then spews acid over your head until you die. even if you have a revive, it hold you until you die again.

Ganondorf, he's the ending boss and he has 3 STAGES! One is zelda puppet, on is demon piggy thing, and then it's swordplay. SWORDPLAY IS EVIL! It's a miracle just to get 1 HIT ON HIM! But yeah, if it wasn't him I would say. . . . .OMEGA RIDLEY from metroid prime 3 corruption. Most would think it to be dark samus, but in fact, she's pretty easy. Mogenar is hard the first time around but gets kinda hard. But yeah, I love both of those games ^^
This is not a boss, but try beating Mile High Club on Veteran...That is on Call of Duty 4 and man...that was hard...
Just keep your cool and then its doable without being annoying =p Though it was the first few tries >.<. Some of the bosses in Lost oddyssey were annoying as they have special requirements to beat them .
