ok shayneii Ev's are effort values- they determine what your pokemon's stats are basicallyIv's are individual values i think but i don't know what they do
programpro no idea. i could get it esily but thats "cheating"red garados you can get in sapphire/rubyi have 2 shiny pokemon, one was trade for over the GTS

Why would someone need help on runescape. It's a very basic RPG. Kill, take, level up. No frills to really worry about there.
