i use firefox

here press the button print screen and it will copy a screen shot of whatever is on screen and then go to your paint program and paste it.Then save it to your computer in a place where you can easily access it,then put that file on a photo hosting website.I use photobucket,then use the appropriate BB code for it.This will help us understand what is wrong.
