Does this happen to anyone?

And then...

How is this possible, and does this happen to anyone else?

This has been brought up before by RaptorExx but yes it happens alot it gets annoying sometimes I wish we could fix it.

I think this might happen because of when you started to leave the comment, not necessarily when you posted it.

No, I don't think it matters, because the time is the same for everyone on the site.
