I lived in germany for a good portion of my life, and there the ratings are the age you have to be to see it. some of the ratings are 6, 8, 12, 16, 18, and 21. do you like this rating system better, or our rating system better?
Eh. It could be good...but thats so specific it would be hard to really know. I mean i'm sure there are plenty of movies that could have been 16 or 18, it just depends. The diference between PG-13 and R however is pretty easily defined...i mean if there is a clear cut difference than yah, that system is better, but it could be quite murky as to what should be what.
