First, I will post the overall rules, and then I will post the specifics about this week.

Original rules, as stated by Ubertuna:

It must fit the week's theme.
It must be submitted by the deadline.
It cannot have inappropriate language in it.
It cannot be stolen (if you plagiarize, we will find you).

Also:

The poem must be created for this contest
A user cannot win two weeks in a row (though everyone is welcome to submit every week!)
Only one submission per user will be accepted

As we all know, the winner will recieve a merit, and their poem will be featured on the _Poetry_ page.

OK, on to this week's topic...Again, we are having a style instead of a theme. Also, this week we are having TWO WEEKS to do it, instead of the usual one. Why? Because this will be an EPIC poem. Or, rather, a parody of an epic poem. Generally, epic poetry is very long, and tells the serious story of a heroic figure. Well, this week, the epic figure is YOU! Write a long poem (I'll leave the definition of 'long' up to you, but give it a good go) about the heroic story of you! It can be silly, serious, whatever... just have fun with it. You have two weeks, so have a great time!

contemplate and enjoy
relaxing to my soul
Music

Okay,I may change this one around a bit.
I don't really work well if I don't have a specific theme, because I have a hard time choosing what to write about.

Beastahayes: Moab provided a link to a site explaining what a cinquain was. Please go to page 192 and read that link.

Why are you locking your comments? Your a judge!

...your point being? Judges can lock their comments. Most people would take the locking-of-the-comments as a "leave me alone" thing.

Naww I didn't get in on time...
Oh well...

There's always next time. Which, in this case, is this time!

What does cinquain mean? I don't have a huge vocabulary.

If you would be so kind as to read the link I so generously provided on page 192, as Parsat has already instructed you...no?
Then just click here.
There.
@Ernie: Thanks. Side note; a cinquain is really, more specific than just the word count in each line.
@Parsat: Actually, I prefer Moat, if you don't mind. =)

Happy, eternal, beautiful, powerful

Oh I got ninja'd. Can I still do snow? I didn't steal it.

That's alright. That's happened to me allot. It's fine with me for you to use snow.
Wait... There's and 18 minute difference... I'm a little suspicious...

It doesn't matter, Beast. Cheese didn't steal any of your lines, your two poems are very different in all but theme. The themes can be the same, I don't care. As long as they're original. And yours are. Besides, if Cheese has taken your idea of snow and turned it into his own poem, you should be flattered. He must think yours is good enough to imitate.

Oh I got ninja'd. Can I still do snow? I didn't steal it.

*rolls eyes*
It's not like Beast has a patent on the theme of snow. I don't care if you did steal the idea of writing about snow, your poem is very different from his. Now, if you stole a line or something is too similar to his...different story. But no.
Yet...why do you say you were ninja'd? As Beast has already pointed out, there is an eighteen minute difference. Did you really get ninja'd?
