First, I will post the overall rules, and then I will post the specifics about this week.

Original rules, as stated by Ubertuna:

It must fit the week's theme.
It must be submitted by the deadline.
It cannot have inappropriate language in it.
It cannot be stolen (if you plagiarize, we will find you).

Also:

The poem must be created for this contest
A user cannot win two weeks in a row (though everyone is welcome to submit every week!)
Only one submission per user will be accepted

As we all know, the winner will recieve a merit, and their poem will be featured on the _Poetry_ page.

OK, on to this week's topic...Again, we are having a style instead of a theme. Also, this week we are having TWO WEEKS to do it, instead of the usual one. Why? Because this will be an EPIC poem. Or, rather, a parody of an epic poem. Generally, epic poetry is very long, and tells the serious story of a heroic figure. Well, this week, the epic figure is YOU! Write a long poem (I'll leave the definition of 'long' up to you, but give it a good go) about the heroic story of you! It can be silly, serious, whatever... just have fun with it. You have two weeks, so have a great time!

It passes unnoticed,
It flies quite well,
It cannot walk,
It does not ever dwell.

It drives long projects,
and it never stops,
Great people never think about it,
And neither does strop.

Kingryans a noob,
What does this have to do with it,
Its propaganda,
Chuck KR in a pit.

A theme souly name ???,
One riddle for all to guess,
It hails from the hobbit never affecting a dragon,
One big Bilbo all on a quest.

Lolzed i just knocked that up =]

It shows, mwahaha!

So I am guessing that the answer to that riddle can't be in the poem?

Strop: Oh, whoops, my bad. Everyone knows being a mod automatically grants you the ability to turn crap into gold and a free sample of the elixir of immortality.

The meter's horrible but I'm too lazy to fix it at the moment. It's punctuated, sort of, but there are no commas, periods, or question marks.

Basil, Lovage, Sorrel, and Thyme

Where has the thyme gone
It used to be in my garden
Like clover you I used to fawn
But love's seeds began to harden

Who did the rosemary now
I did not think I wanted it
Like I woodruff for the cow
But now there's not a bit

I know the savory is gone
I used it up two days ago
But the cress on the lawn
I should have let it grow

How did the sage disappear
It was here on the counter
Like when I had a fern here
But then I tried to mount her

I know that tarragon and why
I picked and planted it myself
Coriander left without a bye
But she'd be better by herself

Where has the thyme gone
It used to be in my garden
Like clover you I used to fawn
But love's seeds began to harden

Why is there sorrel there
Where a dead plant is lying
Like the daisy you were fair
But you are now a dandy

I was thinking of doing a similar herbal theme like that, Gantic, but I decided I didn't want to flirt with breaking the rules. Nice punnery by the way.

Wow, Gantic, I wish I understood what all those plants are! D: But there are way too many for my lazy self to look it up, so I guess I'll just need to wonder...

Nice twist on the theme, though.

Most of them are common herbs, except for maybe lovage, woodruff, and sorrel.

I'm pretty sure sorrel and lovage used to be used herbally in Europe; I'd have to peruse of my herbal books for woodruff.

Like an unfair race
I can run, you cannot move
Not a single inch

You cannot fight back
I match your every move
You answer to me

Immortality
Is a lie, and there's no truth
I wait for no one

I hope that doesn't give the answer away.

Breathe (No that is not the answer to this riddle)

It is what you are right now
As you sit here reading this
Breath in breath out
With out that you wouldnt be this

As you sing, as you look around
As you do everything you are..
Dont rush things, smell the roses
Cause you cant be this for ever
Breath in Breath out
With out that you wouldnt be this

Yes everyone has this for a while
And well its there you control it
But once it is gone You cant get it back
Breath in Breath out
With out that you wouldnt be this

Not every one of these is good
But weather it is..is up to you
Breathe in Breathe out
With out that you wouldnt be this

Take the time to think
Take the time to look around
Take the time to see what is invisable
Cause most everyone will regret something about it.
Breath in Breath out
With out that you wouldnt be this.

Breath in Breath out
With out that you wouldnt be this.
