sometimes when I post a comment, instead of posting what I type, it posts an exact copy of the previous comment before mine. Has this ever happened to you?

Well, that happens when you try to post two comments between the 30 second limit. Or, refresh and the comment appears under the previous one because somebody just left it in the past 30 second time limit.

Ya, but why does it post an exact copy of the previous comment, under the same user name?

Just refresh.

It just means, or i think, that someone posted as the same time as you.

Refresh and its good you'll see your comment

It's when you post 2 comments within 30 seconds.

You have not waited 30 seconds to post a comment. Just refresh the page and repost the comment.

Like others have said, you have to wait 30 seconds before posting again. If you don't then it will look like it's copying the last one, don't know why it does that.

For some reason it seems like you can post in the forums after the comments, without waiting 30 seconds. But you can't post in the comments after the forums without waiting.

don't know why it does that.

No, I don't know why it copies the last message. Instead of just saying you need to wait ___ seconds more.
